Unfortunately delivery of ceramics, heavy items and furniture is not available outside UK Mainland,
What is your returns policy?
Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt and must be unworn and complete with original packaging.
We will refund any item that you are not happy with provided you return it to us with tags in tact and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
We will not accept items back that are marked with deodorant, fake tan, make up or that have an odour of smoke or perfume. All goods are inspected fully on return.
Please allow up to 3 working days for the team to process your return and refund.
How do i return an item?
Simply return items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
You are responsible for paying postage for your return & we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting.
For returning high value items, we advise a signed & tracked service.
